Far-right fall out continues

Roy Price of the EDL outside the Old Bailey

Roy Price of the EDL outside the Old Bailey

The far-right continues to argue and enrage each other after their combined and appalling behaviour outside the Old Bailey earlier this week.

The worst offender on the day was EDL "hardman" Alan Furniss, who dropped his trousers on live television, while the BNP's amplified droning and chanting by all accounts made it impossible for the Rigby family to even contemplate a statement to the media.

Britain First, who had a small march to the Old Bailey, has launched an attack on their rivals describing the English Defence League, English Volunteer Force and the South East Alliance as "disgraceful".

Their attack continues with "It was like a scene backstage at the Jeremy Kyle or Jerry Spinger show rather than a solemn and tragic occasion".

A crooked eye: Take a good look at yourselves, Golding

A crooked eye: Take a good look at yourselves, Golding

Given the street leader of Britain First is Paul Golding, there can be no better judge as to what that actually must be like. Golding used to turn up at Remembrance Sunday activities with knickers over his head.

Rather bizarrely however, Britain First claims that their supporters were praised by journalists for their dignified behaviour. Who these journalists are is a mystery to us. Golding had a melt down in the middle of the road himself which just added to the whole circus of shit that the far-right created for everyone to see on the day.

The BNP even get in on the act of attacking the EDL too.

Little Jack finds fighting words

Little Jack finds fighting words

Be it Golding with knickers on his head, Furniss with pants at his ankles or even Adam Walker chanting like a broken record, let us not forget that these combined gangs of mindless, racist thugs were only there to try and cash in on the death of that poor soldier.

He fought the law but ...

Eddie (left) gets Frank on film

Eddie (left) gets Frank on film

Our old chum and wannabe author Eddie Stampton is in court today. He was arrested in Essex yesterday after apparently giving the police something of a run around for a few weeks.

Stampton, who is the self-proclaimed leader of the British wing of Golden Dawn had been bragging to "friends" that he was wanted by the police for refusing to abide by the conditions of his prison release.

He was originally in prison for nearly murdering his ex-girlfriend during a drunken rage.

Before the law caught up with Eddie yesterday, he managed to be photographed with just about every leading light in the old Combat 18 gang. The old gang has been hanging around London quite a bit lately, looking old and more than a bit paunchy with it-but still looking for trouble.

A number of the photographs have caught our eye- in particular this one, taken in London just over a week ago. Here is Stampton (left) with convicted Loyalist gun runner Frank Portinari (yes, it is an Italian name, and yes, he is Catholic.)

The word on the street is that Portinari and his little gang of friends are gearing up to take on a rival gang of Loyalists that surround the supporters of Belfast-based Jim Dowson. By all accounts, Dowson has responded to threats from the notorious Llama Harmer and friend of Portinari, John "Snowy" Shaw, by offering to send his excitable office boy Paul Golding to teach Mr Shaw some manners!

How Mr Portinari's new employers will feel about all this kicking off around their warehouse is a mystery, but it appears Frank is playing the Godfather to all of this nonsense.

A little taster of the hatred between the rival far-right groups was evident yesterday when the excitable Mr Golding had an "episode" in the middle of the street after being called a nasty name by a rival fascist group.

So it may be a convenient time for young Edwyn to take a break from proceedings. If Golding doesn't make it to Yorkshire (he may get lost on the motorway) the alternative dust up is planned to take place at the Apprentice Boys parade through London in April.

English Democrats Steve Uncles to appear at Dartford Magistrates' Court over fraud allegations

posted by: Rebecca Hughes | on: Thursday, 27 February 2014, 13:47

An English Democrats regional leader from Dartford is due in court today over allegations of fraud.

Steve Uncles, who heads up the party in the south east, is due to appear before magistrates in the town.

The 49-year-old, of Shears Close, is also the party's prospective lead candidate in this year's European elections in the south east of England.

He is accused of "offences contrary to the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act and Representation of the People's Act", police said.

Uncles was summonsed to appear before magistrates after an investigation by the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "Officers from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate, following consultation with the CPS, issued a summons to court to Steven Thomas Uncles, 49, of Shears Close, Dartford, in respect of offences contrary to the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act and Representation of the People's Act."

Grief Tourists: A collection of thugs await the news

About 150 far right activists are currently outside of the Old Bailey awaiting the sentencing of the murderers of Drummer Lee Rigby.

It has been quite lively already, with clashes between Britain First "leader" Paul Golding and a member of the EDL. It appears that Golding was called a "nonce" by the EDL man.

Elsewhere, South East Alliance (SEA) activists decided to hide in a pub rather than confront Golding like they had been promising to.

The BNP has about forty people outside of the court and the police are having to spend a great deal of their time keeping all of the rival nasties away from each other.

The verdict is due in about an hour (1630hrs)

And if you haven't got a fat racist on your back, there's always the threat of some Spanish donkey muscling in your trade.

Well, fear not. The latest BNP members bulletin promises "a Britain where British ponies are put first everytime."

Magic. The racist asses now have every angle covered.

For sale: The BNP's desperate Ebay shop of junk

For sale: The BNP's desperate Ebay shop of junk

Sending money to the British National Party (BNP) is never a wise move. That's probably why they didn't push Adam Walker's desperate personal appeal for funds to fight Michael Gove's decision to ban him permanently from teaching.

Poor old Adam, "it's political persecution" he screamed, having been banned from teaching for chasing young boys with a knife and slashing their bicycle tyres. Still, Adam had his day in court, as it were and lost.

Things really do look bleak for Adam. His chances of still being in a job with the BNP after the European Elections this May are next to zero, such is his unpopularity with Mr Griffin, Mr Harrington and Mr Jefferson (real name Aitken).

Much ado has been made of the BNP losing nearly £400,000 of inheritance money and then begging their members for some money to sue the deceased's solicitor. It appears that it is both the suing of solicitors and then the non-payment of legal bills that continually gets the BNP into trouble anyway, so I would say to those few remaining BNP members that they should send as much cash as possible to the party. Sue me, sue everyone....

The BNP: trading in misery and crap

The BNP: trading in misery and crap

People may recall last year Nick Griffin telling people how he ate road kill and how he was advising the party's dwindling membership to collect scrap metal. This is a party that does love the cash. It is why I have often portrayed Griffin and his close friend Clive Jefferson as Del Boy and Rodney type traders.

Well, we now have this: The BNP's Ebay shop. The party's merchandising wing, Excalibur, used to sell patriotic items and pictures of their Dear Leader. Tea towels with the national flag, badges with the party logo, mouse mats and party magazines.

BNP Ebay: Hard on the nose it seems

BNP Ebay: Hard on the nose it seems

Times must be really, really tough. Now the BNP is selling second hand Harry Potter box sets, old pub ashtrays, an old James Bond T-shirt, stinky football socks and a petty cash book. Ah yes, petty cash books... No longer required it seems in the BNP. Even at give away prices, their customers still complain that the merchandise stinks, literally!

My advice to the security staff at the European Parliament buildings is to make sure everything is nailed down. The last thing we would want to see for sale on Ebay after May is Nick Griffin's old desk.

And to think we once feared they'd run a council with a £250m budget....

Thanks to Dan for the head's up.

Death of a party?

Kevin Scott: Looking for new heroes?

Kevin Scott: Looking for new heroes?

Having limped along for little over a year, the British Democratic Party (BDP) looks to be in trouble.

Reports from Tyneside over the weekend suggest that the party's Chairman, Kevin Scott, has offered his resignation after an enormous internal row about the party's dismal performance and the content of its website.

Trouble has been brewing in the party for some months, mainly over its dismal performance but also over a number of personality clashes and even some snobbery about Scott's regional accent!

Earlier this month the party website carried an article written by former National Front Deputy Chairman Steve Brady, who uses the name Steve Johnson to protect his pension with a well known German car manufacturer.

There was an almighty furore internally because like Scott, many consider Brady to be a "left- leaning Nazi" and troublesome.

Despite Scott's insistence that the article should stay, it is understood that party President Andrew Brons MEP (he who so dislikes regional accents) insisted it be removed.

Scott and his sidekick Ken Booth dutifully obliged, but Scott offered his resignation mainly to save Booth's bacon, whose sole political activity these days is worrying over the diminishing contents of the party's shoebox administration. Scott has kept the article on his own website, however.

The other rows in the party are apparently about the insistence by the President that there will be no Euro candidates from the BDP. Some inside argue that although he is standing down, Andrew Brons should use his communication budget to fund one candidate in his old seat, or better still, from his final salary package.

Brons has refused and will instead of standing in his seat again, visit the USA on a speaking tour.

Eddowes in Slough earlier this month

The English Defence League (EDL) has appointed the former bodyguard of their founder Stephen Lennon as their new Chairman.

Steve Eddowes replaces Tim Abblitt as "Chairman". He is not the leader, just in case anybody thinks Stephen Lennon is not still the actual leader/owner of the diminishing group.

Abblitt is claiming ill health has forced him to step down from his role as Lennon's sock puppet. It's probably a slight case of that and the fact that so few people had any kind of faith in his ability.

The EDL has also officially announced that it is now against "mass immigration." Well, there is a shock. We'll add that to the list of their other hatreds.

Eddowes has a good pedigree. He appears to be close to Andrew Currien who has been jailed previously for his part in a racist death.

BNP activist loses Gove challenge

posted by: . | on: Friday, 14 February 2014, 14:16

A teacher who is a British National Party activist has lost his legal
challenge against Michael Gove after he was struck off for life.

Adam Walker took the Education Secretary to court claiming the
decision which followed him receiving a suspended jail sentence for
verbally abusing three schoolboys, chasing them in his car and
slashing the tyres on their bikes with a Stanley knife, was
"prejudiced" because of his politics.

But following a hearing at the Administrative Court sitting in Leeds
last month, Judge Clive Heaton QC has handed down a ruling which
concluded: "I reject his argument as lacking any credible evidential
base at all."

Mr Walker, 44, a married father of two from Durham, had argued the
National College for Teaching and Leadership - which replaced the
General Teaching Council - recommended that he should be banned from
the classroom for a minimum of two years.

But the punishment was increased to a life ban without review by a
senior official, in Mr Gove's name, the next day. Mr Walker felt other
teachers guilty of serious crimes against children were less harshly
treated.

The former IT teacher, who qualified in 2000, appeared before a
conduct committee in 2010 after he labelled some immigrants "savage
animals" on an internet forum using a school laptop.

Mr Gove has used his case of an example of why members of the BNP
should be banned from teaching. But no legislation has come into
effect.

On St George's Day 2011, Mr Walker got into his Land Rover and chased
three unruly boys over the village green in Tudhoe, County Durham,
slashed their bike tyres and used threatening behaviour. He later lied
to police about his involvement.

He received an 18-month suspended jail sentence in September 2012 and
was brought before a disciplinary panel at the NCTL last June.

The NCTL's suggested two year ban was then increased to life by Mr
Gove's senior official Alan Meyrick.

Rory Dunlop, for the Secretary of State, told the court hearing last
month: "Children look to teachers as their examples.

"When you have someone not just behaving extremely badly, endangering
children, but also failing to take responsibility for that behaviour
and lying about it, what kind of example does that set to children?"

He added: "It cannot fairly be said that the Secretary of State was
wrong to decide that the ultimate sanction was necessary for someone
who endangered lives then lied repeatedly about it."

Judge Heaton ruled there was "no evidence" that Mr Gove had intervened
in the case, and in any case, he did not find that the life ban was
unfair.

He concluded: "The appellant's case that Mr Gove intervened personally
in his disciplinary process so to ensure that he was prohibited from
teaching for life is ultimately constructed upon nothing more than
suspicion and innuendo.

"I reject his argument as lacking any credible evidential base at all."

The judge also ruled Mr Walker has to pay the respondent's legal costs.

Mr Walker now works for two BNP MEPs.

Extremist friend of Lee Rigby's killer gloated over soldier's murder in YouTube videos

Royal Barnes pictured laughing in a car in front of the memorial to soldier Lee Rigby

An Islamic extremist friend of drummer Lee Rigby’s killer today admitted posting videos gloating over the murder on YouTube.

Royal Barnes, 23, also pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey to inciting terrorism by offering his three-door Vauxhall Astra on Facebook as a reward to anyone who killed a British soldier.

Barnes, who was a friend of Michael Adebowale, posted three videos on the internet describing the murder as “brilliant” and claiming that “British people will never be safe on the streets of London”.

Another video showed him driving past the floral tributes to Mr Rigby in Woolwich and laughing as “this is where the British soldier died”.

Royal Barnes: Admitted posting gloating videos on YouTube and to inciting terrorismThree further videos were found on a computer at Barnes’s Hackney home, including one in which he pretended to be a suicide bomber at Finsbury Park Tube station.

He is also filmed inside Westminster magistrates’ court, where he was convicted of a public order offence over a protest against an English Defence League rally.

Barnes is linked to Muslims Against Crusades and associated with Adebowale at various rallies and demonstrations in support of introducing Sharia law to the UK. In particular he was filmed by a TV documentary crew with Adebowale at a protest outside St Paul’s cathedral. He is also connected to two extremists jailed for carrying out Muslim patrols in east London, harassing members of the public by warning women not to wear short skirts on the streets and people to stop drinking alcohol.

Today Barnes pleaded guilty to three charges of dissemination of terrorist publications in the wake of the Lee Rigby murder last May, and a further charge of inciting terrorism overseas.

Royal Barnes, pictured in a grab from one of the videos posted onlineHis wife, Rebekah Dawson, 22, has already admitted the three dissemination of terrorist publication charges. Dawson made legal history when she became the first woman to go on trial wearing the niqab.

She had refused to remove the full face covering for a trial last month at Blackfriars crown court, where she pleaded guilty to witness intimidation. Her guilty plea followed a six-day trial during which a judge controversially allowed her to wear the niqab after ruling that the court should recognise “freedom of religious expression”.

But the judge ordered her to remove the veil if she went into the witness box. She refused to give evidence because her religion prevented her removing the veil in the presence of men.

The case will result in new guidelines being issued to judges about the wearing of religious clothing in court. She had threatened a caretaker because he let tourists into a mosque with their heads uncovered.

The couple will be sentenced later by the Recorder of London, Brian Barker QC.

The three videos Barnes uploaded to YouTube were entitled “Woolwichattack.wmv (British soldier behaded (sic) in London The Response. Must See!”, “British soldier killed … Muslim woman exposes!!! MUST SEE!!” and “Muslim laughs at British soldier killing (Muslim laughs at Drummer Lee Rigby DEATH).

His barrister, Naeem Mian, told the court: “Barnes made three postings immediately or shortly after the murder of Lee Rigby. They are, to say the very least, untasteful.

“One month later he puts a posting on Facebook following a posting detailing the rape of an Iraqi woman, saying he would reward any person who murders an Allied soldier with a Vauxhall Astra, and reward them with some money, euros, dollars or pounds.”

Prosecutor Kate Wilkinson said the link to the Iraqi rape was an article in the Asian Tribune in June last year. He and his wife owned a Vauxhall Astra at the time. In the posting Barnes says: “British and American soldiers will be killed for the sake of Allah and they will have their heads removed and this will make me smile and I celebrate the death of British and American soldiers.”

The three videos relating to the charges all start with film of a soldier being blown up, a scene from 9/11, a Muslim insurgent holding a severed head and TV news bulletin clips of the Lee Rigby killers boasting for the cameras in the street by the dying body.

Barnes was remanded in custody for sentencing at a date to be fixed.

The judge had earlier indicated he will impose a sentence of between five and a half and six and a half years imprisonment.

Clive Jefferson: Even the BNP think he's an idiot

posted by: Matthew Collins | on: Wednesday, 5 February 2014, 12:45

Jefferson: Griffin's slightly more abrupt version of Rodney

Jefferson: Griffin's slightly more abrupt version of Rodney

I have never formally met the British National Party's Treasurer Clive Jefferson. I've been close; I once sat in an employment tribunal with him whilst a rather sordid and sorry tale was told about a Belfast housewife allegedly being held hostage in a lorry by Jefferson and two other men.

Jefferson even charged the British National Party (BNP) for the time he spent allegedly holding the woman hostage. He allegedly removed some £200 from BNP money as payment for his time. He also caused some amusement in the tribunal by claiming (the IRA?) had fired some kind of rocket at him when entering the tribunal.

When I used to work in the cut throat world of the rag trade, many moons ago, people used to appear at certain companies that were in financial trouble and cause a whole heap of misery. They were untrained and unqualified boorish types who bullied employees, suppliers and manufacturers into submission by threats and intimidation. It's the reason I first ever joined a trade union. In Australia, where I was living at the time, the main victims of these so-called "toe-cutters" were the lowly paid staff who the company did not want to pay redundancy money to, and the poor (mainly) Vietnamese local manufacturers who had set up sweatshops in their homes where sometimes four generations of a family were forced into sewing garments that ended up in high street stores. It was a miserable time.

Clive Jefferson is the BNP's "toe-cutter." He was appointed as the BNP's Treasurer in 2010. That's the same year the party hit major financial difficulties and their suppliers, more fool them, were told they were not getting paid.

Jefferson: Getting to grip with the accounts

Jefferson: Getting to grip with the accounts

Jefferson's other bright ideas included hounding aged members and supporters to leave the BNP their worldly goods, a job that Jefferson claims he does "with great sensitivity".

During the last London Mayoral Elections, Jefferson drove all the way down to London from Cumbria to follow Labour candidate Ken Livingstone around whilst shouting through a loudhailer at him. The BNP delivered very few pieces of their own literature.

Last year Jefferson was hailed as some kind of hero by the BNP as they returned their accounts on time to the electoral commission. This is despite most of the actual accounting being done by James Mole and the returns being filled in by a retired former employee of their auditors. Clive's about as much a Treasurer as Adolf Hitler was a mere Chancellor. Nick Griffin either loves Jefferson or is scared of him. Who knows?

Griffin certainly trusted Jefferson enough to hand over the ownership of the BNP website and then further, include him in the "Charitable Trust" that Griffin, his best friend and some other Griffin family members set up to try and get their hands on some money that should never really have been theirs.

Some BNP members have tired of Jefferson. Adam Walker, who is excluded form most BNP functions where Jefferson is present, positively hates him. Others, as they are supposed to, fear him. According to the rival Britain First Nick Griffin lost several good members of staff when he appointed "convicted criminal Clive Jefferson to the office of BNP treasurer in 2010.

"Mr 'Jefferson' is a former night club heavy, convicted criminal, steroid abuser and was a defendant in a drug smuggling criminal case" they claim. We can certainly find record of Jefferson's involvement in said court case, but no record anywhere of a conviction. Maybe we should look under his previous name of Aitken.

Jefferson could now be in hot water over his part in the "Charitable Trust" fiasco. If he still holds those fifteen acres of property in the South of France, he'll probably have to find a way of disposing of that quietly.

But it really does come to something when a longstanding party embarrassment like Mick Braun questions your actions during a recent BNP activity and former high profile members launch very, very strong attacks on you publicly.

Braun takes issue with Jefferson's behaviour

Braun takes issue with Jefferson's behaviour

The "toe-cutters" always come unstuck eventually. Jefferson picked a fight with UKIP on the weekend and that really seems to have got them wound up. Here is the video of Clive's behaviour towards Nigel Farage. He's not a BNP member Clive, those victims bite back.
