In love again: Watmough & Jones

My colleague Simon Cressy has done a story on the BNP’s most recent case of memory loss. It seems not only has the BNP ignored the Eastleigh by-election (where they have failed to put a candidate forward,) news reaches us that the BNP has also allegedly forgotten to pay its legal bills. That probably does not surprise anyone, but word is that a certain law firm in Welshpool is chasing the party for £60,000 in unpaid legal fees…

One solicitor who probably wouldn’t be daft enough to do legal work for the BNP is the Chairman of the English Dems, Robin Tillbrook. That would be too weird, what with him already having the BNP’s former fundraiser and a few hundred of the BNP’s former members on board his own party. Tillbrook has even began to make dud begging videos in the style of the BNP, the latest one being an absolute corker.

Unlike the BNP, The ED has announced a candidate to stand in the Eastleigh By-election. Michael Walters is not one of their usual far right recruits, he used to be in the SDP.

Why he has been parachuted in from Kent to stand when National Council member Mark Lancaster, and fellow leading activist John Edwards actually live there is a mystery. People assume they must either be too embarrassed to stand or have just quit instead.

Talking of quitter’s, things are looking up for David Jones. Having been ditched by Claire Khaw recently, David’s response has been to launch a vicious Facebook page demanding she is deported from the UK! What with it being Valentine’s Day, one of our reader’s from Hebden Bridge was delighted to see David patching things up with Kevin Watmough in Todmorden today. They’re either trying to rekindle their plan to sell Ken Booth a load of dodgy paper from the market or David wants Kev’s hand in helping him put out his latest hilarious leaflet in the town.
