Nick Griffin has never been too hot with figures, unless of course he is counting the thousands of pounds fleeced from his feckless BNP members.
After last night’s humiliation that saw Griffin and the BNP booted out of The Bridgewater Hotel in Worsley, Manchester, the BNP leader angrily took to Twitter to claim that the meeting took place after all in another local pub and that it was possibly the best meeting he had ever attended in his life.
He included a photograph of the rather small congregation and claimed there was a further 20 not actually in the picture.
I counted 26 people, including the extra 20 Griffin mentions that would take the meeting up to around 50 people.
More photos of the meeting have come to light, and there doesn’t appear to be anywhere near 50 people listening to his every word.
