Hedges: Not a fan of proposals for internet porn being banned
Dave Hedges of Dunstable is a regular at English Defence League demonstrations.
He normally arrives alone, then leaves alone, after spending hours standing at the back of the crowd with his hands in his pockets. In fact, Dave is quite unspectacular. He never really has much to say; that was until this week. Dave is very annoyed.
The government this week released details of a proposal to ban computers in this country from accessing on-line pornography.
It’s part of an ongoing debate in the country, especially with regard to young people who access pornagraphy at home and the affects that this may have on them.
Dave is enraged. Not for him the protection of children; for Dave this is another case of Sharia Law being enacted. And he has ranted about it on his facebook page.
There’s a word for blokes like Dave.
