The O’Neills pub chain has responded to yesterday’s blog concerning a supposed “Help For Heroes” charity night that was due to be held in one of their pubs in Southend, Essex.
They have confirmed to us that they were hoodwinked into thinking it was a legitimate charity fundraiser.
They have now cancelled the event.
