James Delingpole is a columnist and podcast host who has written for publications including The Telegraph, The Spectator and served as editor of the UK-spinoff of the Breitbart Media franchise, Breitbart London.

He continues to work as a columnist and film reviewer for The Spectator, while interviewing a wide array of conspiracy theorists for his podcast, “The Delingpod”. There, he has interviewed Laura Towler, deputy leader of the neo-Nazi group Patriotic Alternative, and the Holocaust denier Nick Kollerstrom. Others include the fascist social media influencer Michael Wright (Morgoth). 

Delingpole has increasingly strayed into antisemitic territory on his podcast. In a November 2025 interview with Nick Griffin, the Holocaust denying former head of the British National Party, Delingpole heard his claim that “organised Jewry” is trying to foment civil war between Muslims and white Europeans. “That’s so interesting,” Delingpole said. “I expect there’s something Talmudic about that.” Delingpole went on to suggest that Nigel Farage belonged to a Jewish banking family. “He’s a Rothschild, isn’t he? He’s controlled?”

On social media, Delingpole seems ever more comfortable dabbling in Holocaust revisionism. In a Telegram post from October 2024, he complained that the WWII memoirs he was reading might have been “slanted and tweaked to reinforce the official narrative on Hitler, the war, the Jews, etc”. Last year, he endorsed the Holocaust denier David Irving. Writing on Telegram, Delingpole claimed Irving had been “unfairly maligned”, further describing him as “a good historian, not a ‘court historian’”.

Delingpole uses his conspiracy theorist audience on Telegram to inform his work at The Spectator. “I’m just writing a piece for Spectator online in which I intend to insert lots of conspiracy truth bombs,” he wrote in July. “Please can you provide me some examples of the absolute gold dust old conspiracy theory archival stuff that you can STILL find on YouTube.” The following week, his article appeared on the magazine’s website and included links to a video by the Holocaust denier John Hamer (about the Jewish Rothschild banking family being implicated in the sinking of the Titanic). Delingpole also linked to a seven-hour interview with Kay Griggs, an American fantasist who claimed a secret organisation of Jewish murderers are “killing people who are good on purpose, and they get brownie points with their little cult”. She further claimed Jewish elites were responsible for giving American citizenship to 200,000 Nazi soldiers and SS members after WWII. Delingpole concluded: “What makes this bizarre testimony so persuasive is that it’s delivered calmly, methodically and unhysterically by a woman – now in hiding, of course – of such impeccable rectitude.”

Delingpole went on a trip to Moscow in September 2025, recommending to his followers that they should move there. He said he had been invited by the Russian Orthodox patriarchate, and in the pages of The Spectator wrote that the country had been subject to “the western media’s relentlessly negative take on Russia”. His conclusion? “Russia is great.”

Among the other fantasies Delingpole has shared last year on his Substack and Telegram pages have been: the Princess of Wales is secretly dead, electric cars cause cancer, Brigitte Macron is a man, chemtrails are controlling our minds, cabinet ministers are torturing children to death in Satanic rituals, Charlie Kirk’s assassination was a psy-op (as were last year’s Southport murders), and Israel staged the October 7th attacks.
