The New Culture Forum (NCF) think tank has been in existence since 2006 and has become, in essence, an alternative media outlet for the radical right. The organisation, based at 55 Tufton Street, was founded and owned by Peter Whittle (deputy leader of UKIP from 2016 to 2017), who died in November 2025.
Every year, the NCF hosts the “Smith Lecture”, where it invites a public figure to give a talk on a topic of their choosing; speakers in previous years have included Nigel Farage, Neil Oliver, and Rod Liddle. In 2025, the NCF instead hosted a panel discussion by its fellows titled “There’ll Always be an England? England: 1066 – 2066?”, discussing demographic change.
The NCF YouTube channel has published a regular discussion show, “Deprogrammed”, hosted by Harrison Pitt, an NCF fellow who also works for Restore Britain, and Connor Tomlinson, a far-right YouTuber; both Pitt and Tomlinson advocate for “remigration”.
Guests on “Deprogrammed” in 2025 included a host of far-right figures and conspiracy theorists, such as Dan Wootton, Lucy White, Charles Cornish-Dale (AKA Raw Egg Nationalist), Steven Edginton and Josh Ferme, as well as former Prime Minister Liz Truss. Pitt’s colleague at Restore Britain, Charlie Downes, has also appeared as one of the show’s hosts in Tomlinson’s absence.

State of HATE 2025: Reform Rising and Racist Riots is your essential guide to the far-right threat—and how we stop it. View the full report today.
We need your help to continue our vital research. Your support is not just a donation – it’s a stand against hate and division. It empowers our research and intelligence teams to effectively monitor far-right groups, ensuring we’re prepared for the challenges they bring.
