Our new driver Steve. Already had his first curry….
Well, we had a little launch in Manchester last night. Some old and familiar faces were there as well as our new driver, Steve.
Our long suffering other driver Kev has opted to drive around Spain in a London bus this year instead of having to endure the endless amount of curries and meat pies that driving the HnH bus entails. In his honour, we had a curry.
This year’s bus is a 1958 Bristol Lodekka which is capable of up to a stunning 43 miles per hour. So, we should be cruising at a magnificent rate as we head for Liverpool today.
This afternoon we’re catching up with the cast of C4 soap opera Hollyoaks. On the way there I plan to wrestle with the technology that is my new ipod. So far I have managed to upload/download on to it one album. So be very aware Paul Heaton, I’ll know all the words by the time you take to the stage in my local later this month!
