The BNP’s North West organiser has been arrested and charged following an incident with a traffic warden in the Merseyside area.
Mike Whitby, the BNP’s failed candidate in last years Liverpool mayoral contest was charged under the race relations act after allegedly racially abusing the traffic warden in the Birkenhead area.
He will appear at Birkenhead Magistrates Court on January 21st
