Congratulations to new BNP chief Adam Walker. Last week he promised that with him in charge of the BNP he would convert the party’s “huge support into votes and real electoral success.”
Last night the BNP came last in the Thurmaston Charnwood Borough Council seat by-election with 58 votes (3%)
The rival Nazi party, the British Democratic Party (BDP) , scored almost double the BNP vote! That’s not bad for a party that has no leader, no money, few members etc, etc.
In 2009 the BNP took 19.6% here. Of course, it’s not all Adam’s fault, but it’s a bloody good start!
