Being proactive before hate becomes a reality in a community is the best approach of all. Watch this short film, made at a community football match put on in Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales. Merthyr is a town with a proud identity but has serious economic challenges, and has a number of both Portuguese and Polish workers employed in a local meat packing plant. Our community organiser in the area found that these workers were struggling to integrate and find their voice in the town, so she got a group together to make a difference.
