Hugh Anthony is a young ethnonationalist who gained a following in 2025. Heading his own tiny pressure group, Prioritise Britain, Anthony attended a variety of far-right protests throughout the year and hosted his own online show.

He aggressively pushes “remigration”, which he argues is the only solution to the demographic “replacement” of white Brits. He has also argued for the removal of democracy in the UK due to its tendency to “put the brakes on dominance”. Anthony is openly racist, arguing against interracial marriage and claiming that he would send a black right-wing activist “back to ongo-bongo land”. He is also viciously antisemitic, and recently, stated that remigration should also be extended to “all Jews living in Britain”.

He received attention last October after posting footage of an argument with his parents, which featured his mother tearfully calling the police on him and his father calling him a “parasite”. The video culminated in Anthony being thrown out of their house, giving him the opportunity to launch an online fundraiser.

The first Prioritise Britain protest, held January 2026 in Manchester, attracted only around 40 attendees. However, he received a boost that month after his X account, which has almost 47,000 followers at time of writing, was quote tweeted by Elon Musk.

In February 2026, Anthony spoke at a protest in Warwick organised by the neo-Nazi group Patriotic Alternative, and that month claimed he had signed up for Restore Britain following a wave of ethnonationalist support for the new party.
