Our team worked tirelessly throughout the London Mayoral campaign to prove that Susan Hall racist beliefs made her unfit to be London Mayor.
Here’s what we got up to:
Exposed: HNH researchers painstakingly pieced together a dossier on Susan Hall. We broke the news that Susan Hall, the Conservative candidate for Mayor of London has shared racist beliefs on X, formerly Twitter. She has supported Donald Trump, shared anti-Muslim statements about Sadiq Khan and expressed anti-Black racism. This was all over the news including in the BBC, Sky News and Evening Standard among many more.
Petition: Over 10,000 people signed our petition calling on Conservative Party HQ to remove Susan Hall as their candidate. The Conservative Party failed to take action, so we had to focus on defeating Hall at the ballot box.
Polling: At the end of last year we polled over 1,000 Londoners and found that 64% think Susan Hall’s social media conduct is racist. But that a lot of people didn’t know who she is or what she stands for. So, we worked hard to make sure that people knew and could make informed decisions when they voted.
Leafleting: Thanks to hundreds of volunteers, we handed out over 20,000 leaflets across London. That’s 20,000 people who knew about Susan Hall’s true, hateful politics. That’s enough to swing an election.
Online: Our social media and online targeted adverts have been seen by over half a million Londoners. And our cheeky video made huge impressions online.
We have big plans to go much further at the 2024 General Election, but we’ll need you to help us get there.
With so much discussion about Reform UK’s success at the general election, there has been a flurry of articles written about the party and Nigel…
