The National Housing Party UK (NHPUK) is a minor far-right political party. NHPUK launched in 2021 under the Oldham-based former Britain First activist John Lawrence and Pat McGinnis, a London-based former British National Party activist. NHPUK’s two key policies are “a complete halt to permanent settlement immigration and to leave the 1951 UN Refugee Convention”.

Registering as a party in March 2022, NHPUK has since spent much of its time humiliating itself in local elections. This includes McGinnis achieving a single vote in the Camden Council by-election (Hampstead Town ward) in July 2022.

Alongside producing online content for a tiny audience on subjects ranging from campaign days to “9/11 trutherism”, the group has also held a number of regional meetings and engaged in small protests.

In 2025, the group continued to languish in insignificance, producing a single candidate in local elections, ex-Britain First activist Lloyd Morgan, in Warwickshire. He obtained a measly 33 votes. 

NHPUK’s online presence also remains small, with YouTube videos rarely surpassing 100 views each and X posts get little attention amongst the broader far right. The group seems to have slipped out of view of the online far-right community, rarely if ever acknowledged by larger figures and parties.

One exception came in September 2025, when activist Paul Rimmer addressed the Heritage & Destiny conference on the NHPUK’s behalf, despite the fact that the party has been repeatedly derided in the pages of H&D’s magazine.
